How Our Shed Delivery Works
We take care of everything! Starting with the manufacturing process and ending with the delivery, ensuring a smooth and easy delivery experience. Here’s what you can expect:
Step 1: Construction
Your structure will be built in our facility by our team of craftsmen. Our careful assembly process ensures a sturdy and long-lasting building that meets all your needs.
Step 2: Delivery
We transport your building fully assembled using specialized delivery trucks, eliminating long waits and the need for on-site construction.
Step 3: Installation
With our motorized Mule machine, your structure is placed precisely where you need it with precision, even in tight spaces or uneven terrain. The smooth installation process ensures that nothing gets damaged in your yard.
Site Preparation
To make delivery smooth, here’s what you need to do before we arrive:
Ensure a
Clear Path
Your site must have a 16-inch clearance on all sides so your building can easily pass through.
Prepare a Level
Foundation
- Sheds under 12′ x 24′ – We recommend solid 2-inch and 4-inch concrete patio blocks for leveling.
- Sheds larger than 12′ x 24′ – A gravel pad is required to provide a stable foundation.
Important Leveling Guidelines
- If your site is more than 20 inches off level, we recommend a gravel pad rather than blocks.
- If we need to level beyond 20 inches, a $9 per inch leveling fee applies.
Can’t Access Your Site?
If the space is too tight for delivery, don’t worry — we have a solution. We also do on-site construction for the buildings that cannot be delivered pre-assembled due to site or sizing issues. Contact us, and we’ll build the perfect building right at your location.
